What is Omniuse Mobile App?
Omniuse is an innovative mobile application to store personal information and documents within the mobile app. The app has a local database where all data are stored — nothing is sent to any server. Users have full control of their data for privacy and security. Omniuse is one place to Store, View and Manage personal information and documents.
What is Autofill Functionality?
Once your personal information and documents are stored, the app's autofill feature will automatically fill in forms with your saved information and attach the matching documents.
Does the Omniuse server save any personal data?
No, the Omniuse server does not save any personal data. Users can back up their data to a local device or cloud-based storage based on their own preference.
What types of documents can I upload?
You can upload documents such as MS Word files, PDFs, and images (JPEG & PNG).
How do I sign up using Google?
1. Open the Omniuse application.
2. Tap Register on the welcome screen.
3. Select Continue with Google.
4. Choose or enter your Google account credentials.
5. Your account will be created and you will be directed to the home screen.
How do I sign up using Email?
1. Open the Omniuse application.
2. Tap Register on the welcome screen.
3. Select Continue with Email.
4. Enter your email address and create a password.
5. Your account will be created and you will be directed to the home screen.
How do I sign up using Apple?
1. Open the Omniuse application.
2. Tap Register on the welcome screen.
3. Select Continue with Apple.
4. Authenticate using your Apple ID credentials.
5. Your account will be created and you will be directed to the home screen.
How do I store my personal details?
1. Log in to the Omniuse Mobile App.
2. Tap Personal Information.
3. Fill out the details you want to store.
4. Click Save.
5. Your information will be stored within the mobile app.
How do I create my profile?
1. Log in to the Omniuse application using your Google, Email, or Apple account.
2. You will land on the Home section, which displays all available personal information fields.
3. Tap on each field and enter your details accordingly.
4. Once all information is filled in, your profile will be saved automatically.
How do I upload my documents?
1. After creating your profile, navigate to the Documents section, located beside the Home tab.
2. Tap on Documents to enter the document section.
3. Upload your personal documents such as IDs, certificates, and other files.
4. You also have the option to add custom documents by entering a file name and description of your choice.
5. Your documents will be securely stored within the application.
How to delete my mobile profile?
1. Log in to the Omniuse Mobile App.
2. Tap on More (the three dots) and select Delete Account from the options.
How do I use the PDF Smart Fill feature?
1. Open the Omniuse application and tap the three-dot (...) to access the navigation.
2. Go to the More (...) section and enable the Smart Field function, located at the top of the settings.
3. Navigate to the Forms section, located beside the More tab.
4. Tap on PDF Filler.
5. Select the form you wish to fill out.
6. The form will be automatically populated with your saved profile details.
7. Review the pre-filled information and tap Proceed.
8. Your completed form is now ready for use.
How do I back up my data?
1. Open the Omniuse application and tap the More (...) section.
2. Scroll to find the Backup option, located beside the App Language setting, and tap it.
3. You will see the following options:
• Restore Backup – Restore a previously saved backup.
• Backup Now – Immediately back up your current data.
• Automatic Backup – Schedule backups to run automatically.
4. Select your preferred backup option.
5. When prompted, choose your backup destination — either a local folder or your Google account.
6. Your data will be securely backed up to your chosen location.
How do I switch the app language?
1. Open the Omniuse application and tap the More (...) section.
2. Tap on App Language.
3. Select your preferred language — currently English or Nepali are available.
4. The application language will update immediately.
How do I enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
1. Open the Omniuse application and tap the More (...) section.
2. Locate and enable the 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) toggle.
3. Once enabled, every time you open the application you will be prompted to verify your identity using your phone PIN, password, or Face ID.
4. This adds an extra layer of security to protect your personal data.
How do I create a Dependent Profile?
1. Open the Omniuse application and tap the Dependent section on the home screen.
2. Tap Add Dependent.
3. Enter the dependent's First Name and Last Name, then tap Add.
4. Your dependent (e.g., spouse or family member) will now appear in your Dependents list.
5. Tap on their name to access their profile and fill in the various sections to complete their dependent profile.
How do I manage Dependent Documents?
1. Open the Omniuse application and navigate to the Documents section.
2. Switch to the Dependent tab, located beside the My Documents tab.
3. Upload your dependent's files and documents in this section.
4. You can also add custom documents by entering a file name and description specific to your dependent.
5. All dependent documents will be securely stored and kept separate from your personal documents.
